Spicewood K9 Club Offers Off Leash Play While You’re Away Doggie Daycare & Doggie Nightcare
Our Daycare and Nightcare is unique from the word “go play”. It starts with your dog being picked up at your door and being introduced to and transported with other furry friends to the hill country of Spicewood. Upon arrival, the dogs are taken on a nature walk on our four acre, fenced property which has an abundance of oak trees and nature to explore. After our walk, the dogs can continue to explore, play chase games with new and old friends on the spacious covered concrete porch or relax inside a climate-controlled doggie room. Walks are taken every two hours because we all want to!
Your dog’s entire experience is off leash with other dogs all day – they can play or just hang out. We have a “small dog” area that is separate for dogs that do not like to play with bigger dogs, but we don’t use it much – most of our smaller dogs like and can hang with the big dogs. After a fun-filled day of play or staying overnight, the dogs are transported back to your door, tired from a great day of exercise, the great outdoors and play time with other dogs.
Overnighters sleep inside one of two climate-controlled rooms with other dogs and have a choice of sleeping in crates with beds (dogs are crated at owners’ request) or sleeping on large dog beds. If they are sleeping in the guest room, they can choose to sleep on the guest bed. Each morning, everyone goes for a walk before feeding.
Overnighters go home tired, but it is not because they are in kennel runs with dogs barking all day and all night at each other. They go home tired because they had a rare opportunity to play with other dogs and have four acres to explore and to relax indoors.
